Erin Cortese

Mrs. Cortese joined Welfont initially as an Executive Assistant.  Her passion for information and her diligent work ethic has earned her a promotion to Operations Manager as well as most recently taking on the role of our Investor Relations Director. Having worked as a real estate sales associate in Billings, Montana, she currently holds a Florida real estate sales associate license.

Growing up in southwest Colorado on her families farm, Erin learned the value of hard work and a deep interest in real estate at a young age from both her Father and Mother.

Erin is a professional that is experienced in working in fast-paced environments demanding strong organizational, technical and interpersonal skills. Her last job as an Executive Assistant in the Oil & Gas sector, prepared her for her role as Executive Assistant at Welfont.

Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations and an Associate of Arts degree in Office Administration and Management from Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Erin and her husband have lived in Colorado, Montana, Louisiana and has now settled in Tampa, Florida. In her free time, Erin enjoys cooking, traveling, yoga, hunting, fishing and spending time with family.
