The recognition marks Welfont’s first year of earning a “Fast 50” ranking. Final rankings will be revealed in the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s weekly edition on July 28, 2019.
The “Fast 50” ranks the Tampa Bay area’s fastest growing privately-owned companies based on a three-year metric of consecutive growth. They also must have a minimum revenue of $1 million in 2016 or $5 million in 2018. To join this exclusive list honorees like Welfont, increased their revenues by a combined $2.8 billion from 2016 to 2018, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

The “Fast 50” award follows up a very successful 2018 where Welfont also won the Entrepreneur 360™ award, the Inc. 5000 Award for fastest growing real estate brokerage, 52nd Largest Real Estate Brokerage By Transaction Volume by National Real Estate Investor Magazine and was named as one of the Top 50 Trustworthy Companies in America.
