Patrick Blount

Mr. Blount has over 25 years of experience exclusively as a loan sale advisor and has been involved in all disciplines of commercial real estate.   Pat is an expert on the valuation of distressed debt secured by real estate and distressed commercial real estate properties.

He has been involved in billions of dollar of real estate and real estate debt transactions and has been involved in deals in every state in the United States as well as Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Spain, Italy and Germany.

Pat is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining corporate lender, investor, and buyer relationships for Charity Financial and its affiliated organizations.  Specifically, Pat is responsible for credit facilities, investor relationships, and the disposition of real estate assets from national or multi-property buyers.

Prior to joining Charity Financial, Pat was the Managing Principal of Blount Capital Partners; the Managing Director of Corporate Development for Gibraltar Capital a wholly owned subsidiary of Toll Brothers, (NYSE:TOL); the Managing Director of Loan Sales and Loan Valuations at the Carlton Group; the President/CEO of Benewolf, LLC and the National Loan Sales Director at the Debt Exchange (DEBTX)

In 2010, Pat authored the Bankers Loan Sale Manual a comprehensive guide for lenders covering every aspect of loan sales. Pat also co-developed and co- authored “Loan Investing Blueprint” an interactive workshop and audio video guide for investors of distressed debt.

Pat has served on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Chapter of Risk Management Association and was the membership chairperson (RMA); he was the 2010 President of the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Chapter of Turnaround Management Association (TMA).

Pat is a nationally recognized speaker on the subject of loan sales, asset valuations and distressed debt. He has spoken events for the Florida Bankers Association, The Texas Bankers Association; The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) in Florida, Texas, New York, California, the Risk Management Association (RMA) in Texas, Oklahoma and Florida; The South Florida Banking Institute; the Association for Corporate Growth (AGC); The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA); the Association of Fraud Examiners; the FDIC and multiple Distressed Debt Conferences.
