We bring you selected properties that meet your profile to consider. In this process, we help you select the ideal investment candidates and work to get signed agreements based on acceptable terms and conditions.
Our due diligence team works with you on obtaining all the necessary due diligence information, including but not limited to valuations, market information, property condition reports, surveys, and so forth.
We work with you and the sellers to finalize the closing and any other post closing items. We persist to ensure that your desired transactions go all the way to the finish line.
