The Circle of Wins Philosophy
Welfont believes in creating win-win-win commercial real estate transactions where our clients win, the other party wins, and society wins. With this core philosophy, Welfont also wins.
Win #1 – Our first priority are the needs of our clients. Therefore, we aim to maximize the after-tax value for our clients, in order to create our first win.
Win #2 – We realize that unless we create other wins for the other parties by helping them maximize their after-tax value with the IRS Section 170 Bargain Sale, our relationship will be short-term and not sustainable. Therefore, we aim to create long-term sustainable relationships with all stakeholders to create our second win.
Win #3 – We are very selective of the clients we choose to work with. We will not work with just any client looking to maximize after tax proceeds. In doing so, we make sure that our clients value and invest in our society in a positive and impactful way. This approach creates another win.
