Mr. Ryan Ruhge has an award-winning sales background in telecommunications but turned to real estate in 2012 working as a New Home Consultant with LGI Homes. After considerable success, Ryan was asked to relocate his family from Houston to Tampa and manage sales in a master-planned new home development.
As a real estate agent, Ryan became passionate about helping young families understand what it takes to own a home and how to improve their credit to reach that goal. His belief that home ownership is superior to renting and his concern over people’s awareness of their own credit situation inspired him to open his own brokerage.
Although his brokerage company was rewarding, Ryan realized that helping charitable organizations reach their fundraising goals through the Bargain Sales was a far greater use of his time and would impact the lives of many more people.
Ryan is a graduate of the University of Houston’s CT Bauer College of Business with a degree in Finance.
When Mr. Ruhge is not working, he enjoys the outdoors, fishing, camping and relaxing on the beach with his wife. When they have the opportunity, they also enjoy traveling around the world. The most recent, exotic locales that they’ve visited have been Macau, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing.
