TAMPA, FL (August 15, 2019) - The Tampa Bay Business Journal recently recognized Tampa-based, real estate brokerage, The Welfont Companies Inc. for its placement on Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000 list for the second consecutive year. Welfont, along with dozens of other Tampa Bay area companies were accredited in the TBBJ article.
The TBBJ did a great job of listing each company from the Tampa-Bay area who made it on the list. In order of rank, Welfont placed top of the list for the Tampa Bay area ranking at number 31. The TBBJ Editor-in-Chief, James Ledbetter said in a statement, “The companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 have followed so many different paths to success. Inc. 500 was founded in 1982, and later expanded into the Inc. 5000 in 2007. This list is considered the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest growing companies. With approximately 30 million businesses in America, the Inc. 5000 list approximately represents the top .01% fastest growing businesses in the U.S. By being ranked in the Top 50 of the Inc. 5000, Welfont has made the top 1% of the top .01% two years in a row.
